BARRY BARKER
Barry is the President of Barker Financial Management, Inc. and is a Registered Investment Advisor. Barry has a Masters degree from Johns Hopkins University, Whiting School of Engineering, and a Bachelors degree from the University of Maryland. After years of study, Barry passed the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination and started Barker Financial Management, Inc. in 2006.
Previously, Barry worked as an an Engineering and Operational Excellence Manager for a large U.S. Corporation where he performed complex economic and financial analyses, developed joint ventures, and twice won division awards for innovation.
