BARRY BARKER
Barry is the President of Barker Financial Management, Inc. and is a Registered Investment Advisor. Barry has a Masters degree from the Whiting School of Engineering at Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelors degree from the University of Maryland.
Barry performed financial and economic analysis and developed domestic and international joint ventures over a 30 year career. After completing a program in financial planning and asset management, Barry passed the Uniform Investment Advisor Law examination in 2006 and founded Barker Financial Management, Inc.
