The Deaf and Hard Of Hearing community are chronically underserved or overlooked by many companies, agencies, and organizations that provide goods and serve the community at large. That is why we have a dedicated American Sign Language interpreter on staff to provide strong and effective communications to our friends and clients in the deaf and hard of hearing community.
We know that good communications are essential when working together with a financial planner because your life goals and financial objectives must be clearly understood to develop an effective financial plan or build a solid investment portfolio. Besides ASL interpreters, we use email, text, and personal one on one communications extensively.
We also understand that your privacy is paramount so we do not retain sign language interpreters from other agencies as they are needed. Our sign language interpreter is employed only by us as free service to you and is sworn to keep all communications between the you and us in complete confidence.
